By accessing and using the services of Home Maintenance Dubai, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Home Maintenance Dubai provides professional maintenance services including but not limited to:

  • Air conditioning maintenance and repair
  • Plumbing services
  • Electrical services
  • Carpentry and woodwork
  • Painting services
  • Welding and metal fabrication
  • Masonry and tiling
  • General home maintenance

3. Service Agreements

3.1 Booking: Service appointments can be scheduled through our website, phone, or WhatsApp. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

3.2 Scheduling: We will make every effort to arrive at the scheduled time. However, delays may occur due to traffic, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.

3.3 Service Execution: Our technicians will assess the work required and provide a quote before proceeding. Additional work discovered during service may require revised pricing.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED)
  • Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
  • A call-out fee may apply for diagnostic visits
  • Payment is due upon completion of work unless credit terms have been arranged
  • We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers

5. Warranties

5.1 Workmanship Warranty: All our work comes with a standard 6-month warranty on workmanship.

5.2 Parts Warranty: Parts and materials carry the manufacturer's warranty, typically 6-12 months.

5.3 Warranty Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or natural disasters.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about the service required
  • Ensure safe access to the work area
  • Remove valuable items from work areas
  • Inform us of any special requirements or building regulations
  • Be available or provide access at the scheduled time

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Home Maintenance Dubai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

8.1 Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

8.2 Refunds: Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis. If work has commenced, only the uncompleted portion may be refundable.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, through the Dubai courts.

11. Changes to Terms
